Chino Manor is a licensed residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) in Chino, CA. We care for a maximum of six residents at a time, which lets us provide close, personal attention in a real home setting.

A smaller home means every resident is truly known by our caregivers, their routines and preferences included. It is the opposite of a large facility where a loved one can feel like a room number.

Yes. We are an approved ALW provider. Eligible Medi-Cal members may qualify for assisted living care through the program. We are happy to help you understand eligibility and the paperwork. See our Medi-Cal / ALW page.

We assess each resident's needs on an ongoing basis and can often accommodate increasing care needs within our home, coordinating with physicians, home health, and hospice as appropriate. We will always talk with your family openly about the right level of care so no one is caught off guard.

Yes. Family is always welcome, and we keep flexible visiting so you can see your loved one and see the home for yourself. We simply ask that visits respect residents' routines and rest.

Because we care for only six residents, our caregiver-to-resident ratio is far higher than a large facility. That is the whole point of a small home: more hands, more attention, and more familiarity with each person.

We care for a range of needs common in assisted living, including mobility assistance, medication management, and coordination with outside medical and hospice providers. The best way to know if we are the right fit is a quick call so we can discuss your loved one's specific needs.

Yes. Chino Manor is a licensed RCFE regulated by the California Department of Social Services.

Cost depends on the level of care each resident needs. For families who qualify, the Medi-Cal ALW program may cover much of the cost. The best next step is a quick call or tour so we can give you accurate information.

Yes, when space allows. Respite stays give family caregivers a safe option while they travel or recover. Contact us to check availability.
